临沧市镇康县凤尾镇小落水自然村海拔2400—2600米，四面环山，地势险峻，是以傈僳族、彝族为主的村落，村民的全部房屋均由石板建成，是镇康红色景点之一。

小落水村现有镇康县剿匪纪念馆、小落水平叛纪念碑、9处剿匪战斗旧址。2014年被列入第三批中国传统村落保护名录，2019年被列入第三批中国少数民族特色村寨名录，2022年被评为国家3A级旅游景区。

石头房子、石头路、石头墙，整个村庄目之所及皆是石板，小村庄酣睡在山脚下的一块空地上，宁静祥和，透着古朴与美丽。
